There is no minimum or maximum stays, whether it be one night or one year. Special rates can be negotiated for longer term stays, The Mowbray, formerly the Mowbray Park Hotel was converted into luxury apartments in 2008. The front elevation is a conversion of the former hotel and the rear elevation is curved shaped and mainly glazed is inspired by Sunderland Winter Gardens. There are a number of quality restaurants, bars and café bars located nearby. The apartments are located over four floors and many have balconies.
